Fitness Industry Expert Coaches
At The Michaud Method, you will have a REAL COACH, not a bot, available during your one-on-one sessions. You will also have unlimited access to your coach outside sessions via text, email, and scheduled calls. Your coach will guide you on every step of your fitness journey.

Accountability & Data Tracking
Tracking and monitoring your progress is how we maximize results. Not only does it allow us to optimize your performance with nutrition and training, but it also adds a layer of accountability on both sides.
Accountability includes monthly progress photos, body measurements, weigh-ins, monitoring and tracking calorie and macronutrient intake, and scheduled goal-setting sessions.
