Alexandra holds a BS in Physical Education, specializing in posture correction and body recomposition. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Sports Nutritionist. She has a background in health and fitness with over 12 years of certification and experience in the field. Alex has an extensive background from training professional and amateur athletes to working professionals with little experience in fitness.
Alexandra approaches fitness as a lifelong behavior modification where we have continuous improvement. She defines sessions as simple, challenging, and efficient - with an emphasis on proper form and mobility. Her favorite client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to work towards improving their life and their physique!
