Subscription and Cancellation Policies:

Session Usage:
All sessions must be used within the subscription month and cannot be transferred to the following month. -
Cancellations:
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will result in a full session fee. -
Coach Availability:
If your designated coach is unavailable, we will provide another coach from our team to ensure your session takes place. We reserve the right to change coaches at any time if necessary. -
Subscription Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled at least seven (7) days before the billing date. Monthly pricing varies depending on the selected plan. -
Subscription Modifications:
Any modifications to your subscription will reflect the current rates at the time of the change. -
Refunds and Credits:
We do not offer refunds for unused sessions; however, credit may be applied at our discretion in some instances (such as technical errors or coach cancellations). -
Subscription Holds:
Subscriptions may be paused for up to 30 days per calendar year with at least seven (7) days written notice via text before the billing renewal date. If the pause extends beyond 30 days, we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred session time or coach. -
Late Arrivals:
Sessions will be held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, the session may be marked as missed, and a full session fee will apply. -
Communication:
All cancellations, holds, or changes must be communicated via text to (917) 999-6525.
